		<description>I agree with Debra Spitzler; the RSG works as advertised but the company operates on confusing the public about just what you will be getting and the shipping cost.  They make it very difficult to find out just what the charges will be until it&#039;s too late to cancel the shipment.  Once you realize you&#039;re duped it&#039;s too late and you&#039;re stuck with the decision to pay for return shipping or just keep the darn thing.  I went the route of trying to negotiate with them for a cost adjustment and ended up having to take my complaint to the Better Business Bureau.  To make a long story short, after much time spent they did promise to send me an acceptable adjustment.  The only problem was that they then sent me another shipment and charged me for it.  Reopened the BBB case and finally got the additional charge reversed.  Too much energy spent on this but I just wasn&#039;t about to get taken!  I think that this company counts on most people not fighting back.</description>

		<description>I too was astounded with the high shipping cost and confusion when ordering the buy one get one free RSG.  Extra&#039;s were promised but they hindged on becoming a member for future pan, recipe, etc., shipments.  Ordered over the phone and there was no confirmation given of the final cost.  On-line couldn&#039;t get the information either.  Finally discovered the cost when it hit my credit card.  By that time the item was being shipped and couldn&#039;t cancel the order.  When received there were lots of extra&#039;s that I didn&#039;t expect (all part of the confusion I previously experienced).  Called them to make sure I was no part of any future shipments and to discuss the shipping cost.  Was told that they couldn&#039;t adjust it and I could, at my expense, return the shipment.  I told them that I would have to take it a step higher with the Better Business Bureau and they said, &quot;do what you have to do&quot;.  And that&#039;s what I did.  Through Better Business Bureau (Colorado division) I offered RSG what I felt was a fair shipping cost adjustment and asked for a prepaid return label to send back the stuff I never wanted in the first place.  After some bantering back and forth, I got notice that they would be applying a credit which I agreed to and closed the BBB case.  The credit hit my card but, believe it or not, another charge did too for an additional RSG club shipment.  I reopened the BBB case and continued to fight with them.  In the end I said, &quot;just give me a credit for $XX.XX and I&#039;ll go away&quot;, which they did.  My conclusion is that RSG has a good product but operates on confusion and wears the consumer down on customer service issues until they just go away. 		<description>I was very disappointed when I got the bill for my cooker.  The advertisement on TV made it sound like such a deal at $40 for 2 cookers. They didn&#039;t tell you it would cost almost as much just for shipping.  The shipping alone was $30.  I think that is robbery and consumer fraud.  I also said no to all the extras on the phone when I placed the order and then ended up being charged for the cookbook club that I said NO to.  Very dishonest and I am outraged.  I don&#039;t care how good something is if you are dishonest in your dealings.</description>
