Hi Joan its definitely a great coupon but I agree the FIRM isn’t that well known. So I did some research on real customer feedback for the Firm Wave workout for you. Compared to other fitness products we’ve covered, the Firm Wave is simply “FUN” – in addition to being as tough of a workout as you want it to be. Everyone says it is “FUN”. That’s a big deal for a fitness product. We all need something that we look forward to using. What good is it if it doesn’t hold your interest? Hope this and the Firm Wave coupon help!

Great post with lots of useful details. My fitness program is made up mainly of high intense interval training. I discover that I am most productive I exercise with the Mari Winsor Pilates Slimming System in the morning.

Wow, really enjoying this blog at the moment, I did a search and found it, so glad! I have just started with Yoga, and I love what I’m reading here! How similar is pilates to yoga though, just wondering?

  5. Kate says:

Hi Marylyn. In my opinion the two workouts really compliment each other. They’re both pretty low impact and do a lot of work training the “core” muscles. Both emphasize breathing techniques, strength and flexibility. I take a local yoga class and do Mari Winsor’s Slimming Pilates at home and really enjoy both.
