I needed to lose weight. I have succeeded and am continuing to work to lose more. I absoulutely love Mari. Her instruction is amazing. I have tried other workouts and did not enjoy it at all. She is easy to follow and explains with perfection. I do not follow the schedule, but I do the various workouts 4-5 times per week. I have also added the circle, the beginners circle workout and the advanced circle workout! They are amazing also. I also do a day of just cardio, for 30-45 minutes(walking, jogging, or swimming) Weight loss has been fun and easy. I have gotten more compliments on my appearance than in my life. I am stronger, longer, and leaner. I am 5'7" tall when I started I weighed 216lbs., I now weigh 171lbs. I feel better than ever. On days when I do my workout(morning) I have energy all day! I'm down about 10 lbs from where I was when I first started my working out (almost 2 years ago), but I also have more muscle and less fat than I used to. I also had an accident last year that left me with a few broken limbs, so I would expect someone who didn't go through that to be in even better shape than I currently am. I also try to do yoga 1 or 2 times a week, but it's been hard for me to get to that in recent months. I went the route of trying to negotiate with them for a cost adjustment and ended up having to take my complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Reopened the BBB case and finally got the additional charge reversed. Too much energy spent on this but I just wasn't about to get taken! I think that this company counts on most people not fighting back.
