Since it's all about strengthening your core muscles it's going to help a lot with posture and stresses on your joints (not to mention helping to shed those extra pounds). I have the first set of mostly classic-type pilates, the slight changes for the circle, the slight changes for the ball, the sort of weak cardio-dance DVD, etc. So if you have other Mari Winsor DVDs, how does this compare? Does she talk less? How is "dynamic transitions" different than her previously touted "dynamic sequencing"? Are they basically the same thing? Thanks for any comparative reviews you can provide.
