Well, I’ve got the iPhone app and the Pilates class, but I really have no idea how hard I’m actually working. I’ve been doing yoga for several years now (all right, I haven’t been in a few months now but I’m going back next week). These headphones are great for those of us who need ear buds that stay in even while working out. I replaced the stock iPhone headphones with a pair of these and have never looked back.
